THE MISSION
Four days in Cairo. No tourist itinerary, no curated highlights — just a camera and the kind of access that only comes from working with people who genuinely belong to a place. Commissioned by LITC (LionHeart in the Community) and their social impact platform IMPAKD, this campaign was part of their Reach Programme, an initiative that sends learners into communities around the world to engage in real cultural exchange and community development, on the belief that broadening your horizons shouldn't be a privilege. The brief was simple: document Cairo from the inside out.
THE HIGHLIGHT: KENDAKA
One of the most meaningful stops was Kendaka — an Egyptian brand built on the belief that local communities are the most powerful agents of change. Environmentally conscious and socially driven, they're doing work that quietly challenges the way fashion and impact usually coexist. Spending time with them, understanding what they're building and why, gave the footage a weight that went beyond aesthetics. This wasn't just content creation — it was bearing witness to something worth amplifying.
